We are looking for a Firmware Quality Assurance Engineer whose main focuses is to qualify the FW and SW performance to ensure that our products and processes are ready for the customers.

Your typical day will include: Evaluate product quality relative to firmware and software to ensure that: performance is satisfactory in the customer environment customer expectations are met from a reliability, functionality, performance, and usability perspective.

Design system reliability tests and drive the execution of the test plans.

Provide support to Firmware and Software Development teams in finding, fixing and verification of bug fixes.

Data gathering, analysis and communicating the results to the stakeholders.

Logging and tracking all firmware bugs and issue discoveries in testing.

Audit and report the quality of the firmware from a customer validation perspective.

Provide program risk assessments related to the impact on program schedule, costs, and quality.

Experience in quality assurance work, testing, and any related quality systems.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
