ASCENTPRO is an HR, Recruitment Services, and Business Process Outsourcing Company located in San Juan City, Philippines, aimed to provide workforce solutions in any vertical or industryThe RoleYour responsibilities will include:Providing support for executing clinical trials.Coordinating with the business and as well as onsite staff, clinical research coordinators, principal investigators, and vendors to ensure clinical studies meet or exceed timelines and maintain high quality standards.Reviewing and monitoring overall clinical data quality and identifying and resolving potential study or site issues.Implementing study-specific clinical monitoring tools and documents.Ensuring that all trial protocols are followed accurately.Conducting experiments and performing test procedures to produce reliable, reproducible results.Documenting and summarising experimental data for review and interpretation.Communicating results and observations to team members, including any unexpected results or observations.Implementing the medical strategy in line with brand strategy by collaborating with commercial teams to identify medical priorities and formulate and implement a medical plan.Working closely with Medical Directors on medical affairs related matters.Providing medical advice for new product development and commercial activities.Ensuring compliance with regulations and preparing documents and submissions for clearance or approval from regulatory authorities.Ideal ProfileGraduate of Psychology or Master of Art in Guidance and CounselingYou have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardWhat's on Offer?Opportunity to make a positive impactFantastic work cultureA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities
