Job Description As a Knowledge Management Specialist , you'll play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and sharing organizational knowledge, ensuring that vital information is captured, reused, and optimized across operational and business processes.

Outsource Your Potential: A Global Career Awaits Employment Type: Full-time  Schedule: Semi-Flexible Shift Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Makati Tasking with Excellence: Your Outsourcing Impact Knowledge Management: Build, manage, and direct the Knowledge Management Framework and team members.

Create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for both organizational support and end-user purposes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align the Knowledge Management (KM) strategy with broader organizational learning strategies.

Develop a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management, leveraging industry best practices, tools, and process advancements.

Promote the use of knowledge management tools and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within site operations and advocate for KM initiatives.

Support the development and implementation of training on KM processes and tools.

Conduct quality reviews of Knowledge Information Documents (KID) and Work Content Documents (WCD) for newly onboarded clients.

Reporting: Create and review KPIs for the adoption and usage of KM content, summarizing benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization.

Develop and present detailed reports on service quality and performance metrics.

Continuous Improvement: Lead and manage CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) and SIP (Service Improvement Plan) initiatives focused on enhancing service quality.

Regularly review and update content, removing outdated information to maintain a clean knowledge base.

Validate the reliability of information through fact-checking and eliminate inaccuracies, implementing processes to prevent the spread of misinformation.

Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve the KM Framework workflow and procedures as the organization scales.

Identify key challenges and roadblocks to KM cultural change, and develop effective programs to drive adoption and improve KM value.

Incorporate relevant industry insights into the KM Framework.

Perform an annual review of published knowledge articles, including updating and retiring them as necessary.

Requirements Skills in Demand: Your Ticket to Global Success Prior experience as a Knowledge Base Manager or Knowledge Manager (preferred).

Experience with knowledge bases and online platforms for organizing information.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Ability to create, edit, and update training materials and resources.

Experience conducting training sessions.

Strong technical report-writing ability.

Creative thinking.

Strong organizational skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Advanced certifications in relevant IT disciplines are advantageous.
