The Role They’re looking for an experienced Head of Legal to provide legal counsel across a wide range of blockchain and Web3 matters. You’ll shape the legal framework, advising on validator operations, governance, commercial agreements, and compliance strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive attorney with blockchain law expertise to help define the legal foundation of a growing Layer 1 network post-TGE. What you’ll need:10+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in blockchain, digital assets, or fintech Experience in drafting, reviewing and validating agreements In-depth knowledge of securities laws, token regulations, and compliance A law degree with active bar membership Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills This is a fully remote role across Europe and you’ll be hired on a b2b basis.
