You'll act as a strategic advisor, overseeing a variety of critical functions and initiatives.

From managing the CEO's calendar and priorities to driving strategic planning and project execution, you'll be the glue that holds everything together.

Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO/Executive Team, providing strategic counsel and analysis on key issues.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Support the development and implementation of the organization's long-term vision and goals.

Executive Management: Manage the CEO/Executive Team's calendar, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and ensuring efficient time management.

Oversee communication channels, filtering information and ensuring timely delivery of critical updates and messages.

Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO/Executive Team.

Operational Excellence: Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Manage and optimize internal processes to streamline operations and resource allocation.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

Leadership Development: Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges facing the CEO/Executive Team.

Anticipate the CEO/Executive Team's needs and proactively develop solutions and recommendations.

Help foster a culture of collaboration and communication across the organization.

Additional Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of support staff (if applicable).

Represent the CEO/Executive Team in meetings and on special projects.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic consulting, executive-level support, or similar role.

Proven track record of success in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Discretion, tact, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
