Responsibilities

Observes and ensures timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, surveys, data requests, and notification requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Board of Directors (BOD) of different Business Units.
Supports Corporate Governance bodies, including organization of decision-making processes, corporate annual planning and reporting, and legal advice.
Manages the Office of the Corporate Secretary by handling administrative functions and overseeing the efficient functioning of the office, which is responsible for coordinating activities relating to the Board of Directors and its interaction with senior management and stakeholders.
Performs other tasks that may be delegated by the Chief Compliance Officer from time to time.
