S.-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Attorney to join their dynamic legal team.

Specializing in litigation and commercial collections, this firm is dedicated to providing strategic and results-driven legal services to its clients.  We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented, and organized attorneys for fast-paced litigation and commercial collections practice.

The attorneys will report to managing partners.  Roles and Responsibilities:  Draft pleadings and motions  Prepare discovery demands and responses to discovery  Draft legal documents related to judgment enforcement  Contribute to case preparation and conduct thorough reviews of legal documentation.  Qualifications:  Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.

Licensed attorney in the Philippines  2+ years of experience in litigation, commercial collections, or creditor’s rights law  Skilled at multi-tasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize, and execute responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities and unexpected situations  Demonstrate ability to analyze legal issues  Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) and Adobe Pro  Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus Ability to manage multiple software applications efficiently in a legal setting   Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills  Effective verbal and written communication skills is a must  Strong phone presence is a must; ability to communicate effectively on video conferencing such as Google Meet, Zoom, etc.  Willingness to report onsite at Makati City during US Business hours  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
