Job Responsibilities:

Select and negotiate contracts with carriers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation services.
Plan, monitor, and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to maintain efficiency.
Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations.
Organize warehouse spaces, label goods accurately, optimize route planning, and manage shipment processing.
Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or customer complaints.
Research and implement ideal shipping techniques, routing strategies, and carrier options.
Work closely with internal departments to integrate logistics processes with company operations.
Monitor and evaluate budgets and expenditures to optimize costs.
Track and assess logistics performance metrics, implementing improvements when necessary.
Ensure all logistics operations comply with legal requirements, industry regulations, and ISO standards.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry and supply chain dynamics.
Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
