Submission app – assign tasks Create Service Contract ID (SCID) New creations and updates Automate created SCID’s Amendment and CCG group maintenance Maintain Freight Rates and Charge Rules Quality checks (incl FCL cost) Other Tasks Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions. Other task that the stakeholder will migrate in relation to Ocean Activities. Contributes improvement ideas Participate actively on all required team meetings Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy Daily Huddle board updates Daily update of Productivity files Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. 0-2 years working experience Ocean Freight / Ocean Business Knowledge Proficient in Microsoft office specifically Excel and Power Point presentation. Good interpersonal and communication skills. An affinity for numbers crunching and good analytical skill. Good command of English Possess good organizing skill, able to multitask and work around tight deadlines.
