Projects are likely to be large and/or complex and involve significant benefit/risk to the business.Manage the creation of business cases and ensure the soundness and applicability of the assumptions made thereon. Coordinate with the different stakeholders to secure buy in on all the values declared. Ensure that a scope of the project is clear, achievable, agreed upon and is aligned with the expectations of the project owner and sponsor. Assess and deviation against its impact and then present it to the decision makers for disposition. Track total project spend to keep all activities withing the allocated costs, evaluate the need for any deviation, then raise them up to the stakeholders for proper disposition. Keep the deliverables from being produced beyond the target schedules in order to achieve a timely delivery of the projects. In the case of deviations, develop a strategy that will allow the activities to get back on track or assess what the impact of the delay is to the overall target results. Ensure that internal and external project stakeholders are delivering on their outputs as expected and that their actions are aligned with the objectives set by the project owner and sponsor. Identify any roadblocks or challenges that prevents the project team in achieving the scope, time, spend and quality targets.
