Job Highlights 40 hours per week Permanent Work from Home Monday- Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm St.

Ryde, New South Wales time (10:30 AM to 7:00 PM PHT) with 30 mins unpaid lunch Job Description: Conduct outreach to educators with reduced activity to identify the causes and drivers behind their disengagement.

Offer personalised guidance and incentives to reactivate educators on our platform.

Investigate and resolve instances where educators may have transitioned to full-time roles, especially with our existing clients, ensuring transparency and accountability in these transitions.

Discover & examine situations where clients are not meeting their contractual obligations regarding permanent staff conversions Develop and maintain strong relationships with educators, understanding their needs and concerns.

Collaborate with cross functional team members to develop strategies to enhance educator engagement and satisfaction.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address unique challenges in educator engagement.
