Conduct Fleet wide Road Safety Gap Analysis and provide a comprehensive report including recommendations both short term and long term solutions.

Participate in all MVI related incident both work related and non-work related.

Collaboration with CRCD, involving them in all the proposed program/awareness training for the community/LGU with regards to road safety, driving safety, and road condition improvement.

Verification of gap analysis action closure and its effectiveness Prepare detailed Learnings for fleet wide reference and implementation.

Sharing of best practices and effectiveness of all controls, and barriers installed / implemented.

Collaboration with CRCD, meeting with LGU’s / community to discuss improvements, and feedbacks from EDC’s road safety initiatives.

Provide the trending analysis and KPI’s for Road Transport Related Incidents / Activities.
