Key Responsibilities: Promote the companys products or services at events and in public Engage with potential customers and create a positive image of the company Provide product knowledge and demonstrate how products or services work Assist customers and riders to download and sign up in the mobile app Assist customers in booking rides and ensure to provide their unique promo code for # of bookings monitoring Encode and keep records of driver and customer sign ups Network and build relationships with potential customers and other industry professionals Gather and report feedback to the company on customer interactions and perceptions of the Xpress brand Skills and Qualifications: At least Senior High school graduate or Bachelors degree communications or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand message Able to engage with diverse customers Excellent customer service skills and proactive in addressing inquiries and concerns Must be able to have a thorough understanding of the brand, its product and relay information accurately Willing to work on weekends and during holidays
