Summary: The Manager, Program Management and Quality Compliance Operations is a hybrid role and expected to manage and set direction to the local team as well as perform non-technnical project completion using an internal customer perspective, from initiation to delivery.

The successful candidate is expected to collaborate within the cross-functional teams to and ensure compliance on Quality Management System Process.

The role will functionally report to the Director of Technical Program Management and Administratively to the Head of Corporate Shared Services in the GBS.

The candidate will collaborate within the Corporate Compliance Team and to internal stakeholders.

The candidate is expected to adapt to change and work efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead , mentor & manage a high-performing Corporate Quality Compliance team in the GBS fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuos improvement.

Manage team performance and ensure delivery of assigned projects/programs Manage escalations of operational and project/program issues to concerned leaders Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team is equipped ith the latest industry knowledge and best practices.

Coordinate with Global leadership to ensure consistency across people development, processes and industry updates.

Serves as a local leadership for the cross-functinoal Corporate Quality Compliance functions.

Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules, asessessing scope and monitor budget/spending.

Coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings, monitoring team performance and progress measurement activity which bring disticing, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Assists in determining objectives of assignment.

Plan schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.

Works on complex issues & problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation or identifiable factors.

Networks with senior internal and external colleagues in own area of expertise Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other colleagues. Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies in cross-functional communication and coordination.

Other duties as assigned.

Functional / Business Knowledge Having wide-range experience and uses professional concepts and knowledge of company objectives to resolve complex issues in creatinve and effective ways.

Posesses knowledge of advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.

Viewed as expert in the field within the function.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of industry experience; higher degrees can substitute for years of experience. Experience in managing cross-functional projects.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey quality, and business information clearly and effectively verbally or through informal and formal documents, reports, and presentations.

Must work well independently or within a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant work experience in medical device Technical background such as engineering, biological sciences, and computer science to support collaboration with technical teams
