Status (Full time/part time/contract): Full time YOUR ROLE AS A MANAGER, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSISReview business performance with various local functions and Group Finance. Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports for Management and Group Finance. Develop business plans, forecasts, and budgets. Gather relevant information and provide financial data to business owners for decision-making. Work with business partners to identify metrics to evaluate business performance (e.g., business cases, feasibility studies). Support the preparation of quarterly board and financial presentations for top management. Analyze actual financial performance against forecasts, budgets, and previous years. Monitor departmental expenditures versus budgets and collaborate on variance explanations and recommendations. Coordinate with the accounting team on accounting-related matters. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field. Advanced Degree (Preferred): MBA or master’s in finance or related field is advantageous. Work Experience: 5-7 years in financial planning, analysis, and management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in managing teams or projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting to non-financial stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to overall business strategy. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities. Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Interpersonal Skills: Effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
