Job Summary The position will be responsible for installing revenue, communications innovations, helping the organization to transform its workflows based on new capabilities, and driving the adoption of new UC, UCaa S, and CPaa S communications technologies throughout the organization.

Job Description Core Responsibilities Meeting monthly goals on deliverables while managing a team to exceed KPI metrics.

Production and Project support of voice network, applications, UC, and cloud-based communication solutions and platforms.

Assists with development, evaluation and management of operating and capital budgets for communications and contact center infrastructure, networks, and UCaa S.

Manages communications requests, program needs assessments, project plans, budgets, schedules, internal and external resources ensuring project execution.

Executes strategic decisions on vendors, technologies and the best solutions by researching and staying in the forefront of technology trends.

Aligning strategic plans with Marketing and setting the plan in motion.

Providing Sales with the guidance and enablement for the strategic plan to ensure execution.

Adjusting the strategic plan for new product launches and competitive landscape changes.

Exceeding the Revenue and Profit plans for the targeted products/services.

Additional duties as assigned.
