Description Overview of the job As the Chemical Lab Manager, you will take ownership for all aspects of the chemical laboratory operations, including but not limited to: ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, analytical test methods accuracy, training and qualification of lab analysts, inspiring continuous improvement, and other activities to ensure the laboratory runs efficiently.

Your team This role reports to the Site Quality Assurance (QA) Leader.

You are responsible for managing the laboratory's shift teams, with enough resources and capabilities to deliver the business need of end-to-end supply chains in Cabuyao plant.
