Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages. Plan and arrange logistics required shipments. Coordinate with purchasing department and suppliers for sourcing materials. Audit status of back-up / reserved stocks issued to service technicians in NCR and provinces. Review and develop the operations process flow. Develop data base for all transactions that will result to efficiency in all department's transactions, accuracy in traceability and speedy report generation. Resolve discrepancies with other department's records, and other purchasing issues. Use principles of statistics, basic engineering and excel know-how to interpret significant reports details. Performs physical inventory. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
