This role is ideal for someone who is both a storyteller and a strategist—able to craft compelling content while driving measurable brand growth across platforms.
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy, managing content creation, and leveraging digital channels to strengthen our brand visibility and attract potential manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business development goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
Use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content.
Research and integrate relevant hashtags, trends, and keywords to enhance content reach and discoverability.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to align content with marketing initiatives and partnership outreach.
Monitor social media platforms for engagement, respond to comments and messages, and actively manage the brand’s online reputation.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including engagement, growth, reach, and lead generation.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to ensure a competitive digital presence.
Identify and pursue opportunities to boost visibility and attract new B2 B partnerships , particularly in the manufacturing space.
Cultivate and grow our follower base, building meaningful relationships with brands, industry professionals, and potential collaborators.
Requirements Qualifications 3 + years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social ).
Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and engagement strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating content that resonates.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content calendars and campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in B2 B or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required.
