We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team.

What will you do? Drive a metrics based, data driven culture with a focus on continuous improvement.

Monitor and analyze metrics to identify trends or opportunities where cost savings/cost avoidance and/or quality improvements can be realized.

Coach, mentor a team of Continuous Improvement project leaders Effectively deploy Lean/CI methods into the CCC organization.

Provide timely and accurate project status to all organizational levels.

Develop and maintain process maps for project and process improvements efforts.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, manage expectations, and build trust within and across various functions Promote adoption of Smartsheet, a visual workplace to include metrics, 6 S & standard work.

Drive a culture of accountability, attention to detail and adherence to commitments What qualifications will make you successful? Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or other related field of study.

3-5 years of Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing experience.

DMAIC Green Belt or equivalent; Lean, TPM or Six Sigma experience and/or certifications.

Project Management experience leading/managing large cross-functional projects and timelines.

Transformational project experience is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point.

Smartsheet is a plus.

Experience training and coaching others in problem solving methodologies is preferred.

Clear, concise, open, and professional communication required to interact with agents, teammates and leaders.
