Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for business planning, implement processes, and manage market growth
· Overseeing the activities of the technical support staff and ensure quality service in technical training facilitation.
· Create a technical training strategy, timetables, and presentations, and set work guidelines.
· Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients.
· Handle technical problems, handle business questions, make technical advice, answer project concerns, resolve escalations, and analyze customer requirements.
