• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Oversee the production process to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• Provide leadership to all production employees on their shift, including but not limited to group leaders to allow
performance as a cohesive team.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Production line experience in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
• Experience in CNC auto lathe machine operations and programs
• Experience in handling quality improvement of the product
• MS Office skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field.
• Read and analyze technical drawing skills.

• Work Location - Laguna Technopark Annex Binan Laguna
• Work Schedule - 7am to 4pm, Mondays to Saturdays
