The Offer Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance Join a market leader within Retail Strong opportunities to progress your career The Job Your responsibilities will include: Lead the strategies and goals of sourcing and product development strategies Set annual goals and quarterly rocks for the department Ensure the team is achieving targets or mitigating challenges with agility through weekly updates Establish, continuously improve, and comply with sourcing and product development processes, protocols, and standards Act as one of the main contact persons of suppliers and contract manufacturers  Plan, execute, and oversee product development of formula, packaging, and other materials with suppliers and contract manufacturers asking for all needed documentation, standards, and range boards Lead on-site lab or manufacturing site to direct shade/texture development when required Oversee the production planning strategies of new and existing products and guide the production planner ØProvide training and support to sourcing and product development team that includes processes, protocols, and standards setting The Profile At least 2-3 years work experience in brand, merchandising, marketing or any related field. Hybrid work set up; must be amenable to go on site in Mandaluyong. 3 days on site; 2 days WFH.
