Position: Mandarin HR Specialist
Industry: Electronic Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 60,000
Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
At least 1 year experience in HR, preferably in recruitment
Proficient in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:
Recruits, Interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified applicants for open positions.
Collaborate with Departmental Managers
Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employees' grievances.
