Senior Brand Manager The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan for Woerwag Brand portfolio. Understand and articulate the patient’s perspective and journey. Lead and create an effective and competitive strategic and marketing plan based on insights drawn from the patient’s journey. Develop growth strategies, including analysis of the scientific environment, new therapies, products, and competitors, as well as creating business cases. Provide marketing leadership and drive innovation for the brands throughout their lifecycle, overseeing their success. Ensure engaging operational and tactical implementation of the brand plan, analyzing, anticipating, and shaping marketplace changes, and identifying new growth opportunities. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and implement corrective measures to achieve objectives. Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that offer value to Woerwag patients and healthcare systems. Ensure all brand activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and are patient-focused. Establish and maintain strong external relationships with target doctors and customers. Oversee brand budget management. Qualifications4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing. Graduates in medical, business administration, or comparable fields. Demonstrable strategic and tactical approach. Proven innovation leading to success. Analytical, entrepreneurial thinking and acting. Strong decision-making and results orientation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. High resilience, flexibility, and initiative. Strong customer/KOL relationship-building capabilities.
