Job Description About the Role: We are seeking an experienced senior engineer to join our company.

Requirements Essential: 5 years of experience in web-focused software engineering with experience in planning and estimating work, technical decision-making, and implementing significant features autonomously.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including: Agile development (e.g.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Background in working in the MSP environment is huge advantage US or any Western region experience is a plus but not required Proven experience in network operations, network administration, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc.).

Previous experience working as a NOC Technician or in a similar IT support role, preferably in an overnight shift capacity.

Proficiency in using Connect Wise Automate as remote monitoring system and/or Connect Wise Manage ticketing system is a huge advantage Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.

Experience with Windows server environment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Microsoft Azure Certification is a huge advantage but not required.
