The Qualifications We Seek
3 to 5 years of B2 B marketing experience
Strong written English skills with the ability to follow tone, structure, and guidance precisely
Prior knowledge and experience in SEO / AEO / GEO
High attention to detail and pride in producing clean, accurate, well‑organized work
Ability to execute independently with clear direction, priorities, and feedback
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
Empathetic and patient demeanor with strong customer service skills to ensure a positive working environment
Self‑motivated with analytical thinking; thrives with autonomy

Website & Content Management
Maintain and continuously improve the company website, including writing blog posts, updating design elements, and publishing content
Conduct keyword research and map keywords to pages based on direction from leadership
Create and publish SEO‑optimized content (blog posts, landing pages, resource pages) following outlines and guidance provided by the team
Ensure all content is well‑structured, clear, and written in professional B2 B English appropriate for enterprise and regulated‑industry audiences
Monitor website analytics and provide regular reports on traffic, engagement, and content performance
Social Media & Video
Manage and maintain the company Linked In page: publish approved content, schedule posts, maintain a consistent professional tone, and monitor engagement metrics
Produce and edit marketing videos to support product marketing, including product overviews, feature walk‑throughs, demo clips, and explainer content using provided recordings or source material
Create visual assets and graphics for social media posts, blog headers, and web pages using design tools
Repurpose long‑form content into social media snippets, infographics, and short‑form video clips
Marketing Operations & Support
Maintain and organize the marketing content library, including case studies, white papers, product sheets, and presentation decks
Coordinate with sales team to ensure marketing materials are current, accessible, and aligned with customer needs
Support event preparation by creating promotional materials, updating event pages, and coordinating post‑event follow‑up content
Manage email marketing campaigns including newsletter creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, following established guidelines
Track and report on key marketing metrics including website traffic, content engagement, social media growth, and lead generation activities
