The Job Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our employer brand and attracting top talent through strategic marketing initiatives.
You will collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns that align with our company’s goals and values.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to ensure our in-country efforts are competitive and effective.
Build partnerships with university/colleges alumni and tech related groups/communities.
Generate and produce leads from recruitment marketing strategies Create and manage company-initiated job fairs quarterly Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by creating compelling content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
Manage and optimize our employer brand presence in the existing platforms, including social media, job boards, and career websites.
Research and introduce use of other social media engagement initiatives and other platforms Coordinate with various school alumni and tech groups for career fairs and event sponsorship and partnerships.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve recruitment goals.
The Profile Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field At least 2 years experience in Marketing on similar field Proven experience in Leads Generation from marketing and marketing events and initiatives Proven experience in planning, managing and executing onsite and online recruiting events Experience in creating, planning and executing social media campaigns for different social media platforms Has a knack for coming up with creative ideas.
