Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive occupancy and revenue. The role requires strong experience in events management and music production, with a focus on creating engaging hotel events and entertainment programs to attract guests.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility.
Plan and manage hotel events, live performances, and themed promotions.
Lead entertainment programming and music-related activities.
Coordinate with artists, performers, suppliers, and production teams.
Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, email, SEO/SEM).
Build partnerships with influencers, event organizers, and agencies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Manage marketing budget and track ROI of campaigns and events.
Maintain and improve online reputation (reviews and guest feedback).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or hospitality.
Strong background in events management and/or music production (highly preferred).
Experience handling live events, entertainment programs, or productions.
Strong network and connections within the entertainment, events, or production industry (highly preferred).
Knowledge in event logistics, sound coordination, and program flow.
Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM, ads).
Creative, organized, and results-driven.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
