Job Description As a Business Development Representative , you will be the liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams, creating together marketing strategies and tactics that will drive sales.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through providing company solutions.

Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift Work Setup: Hybrid, Makati What do you need to succeed Proven track record in software sales, with a preference for experience in selling Saa S products.

Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.

A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

A solid understanding of sales performance metrics.

The ability to deliver compelling presentations.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.

The capacity to build and maintain strong client relationships founded on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

A BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Would be a Plus: Knowledge about Audiometry (hearing aid fitting process) and clinical management processes.

Experience in the Med Tech industry.

Develop and execute strategic campaigns to define a new sale opportunity.

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.

Identify new business opportunities within the assigned accounts and work towards expanding the company's product/service offerings.

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
