Job Description Customer Relations Services Representative provides support to the Supervisor and Manager in the implementation of the security plans and programs of the department. These are but not limited to:Checking the attendance of security agency personnelConducting regular inspection of all security posts in the mallInvestigating security incidents and/or violations and preparing related reportsConducting security orientation to new tenantsEnsuring proper monitoring of traffic situation and parking area statusFiling of documentsAttending to all types of complaints in coordination with Mall OperationsEnsuring that manning of security posts is properly done
