Job Summary: We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Director to lead growth strategy and client acquisition efforts, focusing on expanding professional services offerings across audit, tax, advisory, and consulting. This role plays a key part in identifying strategic opportunities, strengthening market presence, and driving revenue through trusted client relationships. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2 B relationship-building, preferably within professional services, consulting, or high-value solutions industries. This role is well-suited for candidates with a deep understanding of the local market and experience engaging with senior business leaders. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development strategy across key industry verticals in the Visayas region, with a focus on professional services. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, strategic accounts, and cross-service offerings. Build strong relationships with executives and decision-makers across corporate, SME, and government sectors. Collaborate with service line leaders to craft customized, client-specific solutions and proposals. Lead and manage the entire business development cyclefrom lead generation to negotiation and closing. Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in the region. Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and client needs to inform strategic decisions. Report on pipeline activity, forecasted revenue, and performance metrics regularly. Mentor junior team members or business development staff where applicable. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum 10 years of progressive business development or client relationship experience in a B2 B or professional services environment. Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and close complex, high-value deals. Strong understanding of the Cebu and Visayas business landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to opportunity development. Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline reporting.
