Job Description: The Hub Spot Marketing Operations Specialist will report directly to the CMO and will own the implementation, management, and vendor relationships for all Marketing tools and software.

Responsibilities: Own our implementation of Hubspot: manage all data hygiene, workflow automations, and data imports Oversee the entire marketing tech stack: ensure marketing tools, systems, and websites are maintained and interact properly with one another Track performance and report on efficiency: maintain a reporting dashboard and ensure its accuracy Ensure marketing campaigns are effectively tagged and managed Compare marketing spend to budget; work with leadership to measure efficiency Enable sales and marketing team members with timely updates to software and reporting needs Qualifications: 3+ years experience managing a Hubspot implementation for a B2 B Saa S company Proficient in a wide variety of Marketing applications (e.g.

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMRush) Extreme attention to detail, with the ability to visualize downstream effects of decisions Strong work ethic and discipline Effective in a remote setup with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection, and will work graveyard shift.
