Job Summary:
The Interactive Design Associate will be responsible for creating marketing-focused design materials to support campaigns and brand initiatives. This includes static digital assets such as social media graphics, email visuals, digital ads, and presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design static visual assets for marketing campaigns and brand communications
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure alignment across materials
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs
• Prepare design files and templates for reuse and scaling
• Assist in the development of campaign concepts by providing creative input during brainstorming sessions
• Support internal communications and events with on-brand design collateral as needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Required skills in video production, graphic design, and trend awareness
• Strong eye for detail, layout, and user experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
