JOB DESCRIPTION: Social Media Manager Purpose: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that resonate with our audience and promote our NDIS services.
This role requires a strong background in creative writing, content creation, graphic design, and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and knows how to craft compelling messages that capture attention and drive action.
Duties and Responsibilities: ● Write and develop creative content for various social media platforms, including blogs, articles, posts, and captions that align with our brand voice and values.
● Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts using Canva, Word Press, and similar tools, ensuring all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines.
● Craft engaging and attention-grabbing titles, headlines, and social media posts that resonate with our audience and drive interaction.
● Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with our marketing goals and support the growth of our brand within the NDIS community.
● Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner Requirements Qualifications ● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the NDIS sector or related industries.
● Strong background in creative writing with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
● Experience in creating a variety of content types, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and graphics using tools like Canva and Word Press.
● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
● Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, IT, or a similar executive role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, web development, and graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.
- Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills: - Experience in the [industry] sector.
