Job Description We seek Graphic and Magazine Designers with a mix of traditional expertise and modern skills to enhance our clients' visual presence.
Candidates must integrate timeless design principles with emerging tech and trends, crafting captivating layouts and collaborating with editorial teams.
Adapting to new tools and user needs while maintaining creative excellence is essential in today's design landscape.
This role entails crafting captivating magazine layouts, collaborating closely with editorial teams, and ensuring alignment with content objectives and branding standards.
Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute visually compelling layouts for magazine articles, covers, and other editorial content, incorporating graphics, typography, and imagery to effectively convey messages.
Collaborate with editorial teams to understand content requirements and design objectives, ensuring designs resonate with target audiences.
Familiarize yourself with the SUCCESS magazine issue and media guide to uphold style and quality standards.
Generate original graphics, illustrations, and imagery to enhance magazine layouts, maintaining consistency in design elements.
Select appropriate typography and design elements to complement written content and ensure visual harmony.
Stay abreast of design trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and relevance.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and priorities, and adapt designs for digital platforms as necessary.
Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new magazine concepts and features.
Requirements Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree NBI Clearance is required upon hire Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application Mastery in composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create and evolve brand identities across various platforms.
Skills in designing user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
Understanding of UX design principles to create intuitive user experiences.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
Experience in motion graphics and 3 D design.
Strong creative problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
Understanding of marketing principles and user research.
Ability to align design strategies with business goals.
Experience in mentorship and team management.
Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice) Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps) Hardware Requirements At least a 720p HD Webcam.

At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
