As we are currently using Wix Studio, we are planning to migrate our existing websites to Webflow and require an experienced developer to lead and assist with this transition.

This role will involve both backend and frontend development, focusing on designing, building, and optimizing websites on Webflow, as well as ensuring a smooth migration process from Wix to Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:1.

Webflow Migration: Lead and manage the migration of websites from Wix Studio to Webflow.

Ensure smooth transition of content, design, and functionality from Wix to Webflow while maintaining data integrity and user experience.

Rebuild existing website features, modules, and components using Webflow, taking full advantage of its CMS and design tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.2.

Fullstack Development (Frontend & Backend): Frontend Development: Develop responsive, visually appealing websites on Webflow, ensuring they are optimized for different devices and browsers.

Translate UI/UX designs into clean, high-quality HTML, CSS, and Java Script on Webflow.

Create engaging landing pages, forms, and interactive elements that drive conversions and align with marketing goals.

Backend Development: Support Webflow’s dynamic data collection features, such as CMS collections, integrating APIs and third-party services where needed.

Work with custom code embedding in Webflow to extend platform capabilities when necessary.

Integrate Webflow with backend systems, such as databases, CRM tools, or analytics platforms, via APIs or other integration methods.3.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Marketing Department, and other stakeholders to understand website requirements and ensure alignment with the company's goals.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members during the migration process and post-launch maintenance.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects.4.

Testing & Optimization: Perform rigorous testing across browsers and devices to ensure that all websites built on Webflow are fully responsive and performant.

Continuously monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed, security, and user experience.5.

Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Webflow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Contribute to improving development workflows and processes for future projects.

Qualifications: Experience:2-4 years of experience in fullstack web development.

Proven experience with Webflow (including CMS setup, custom code, and integrations).

Experience with migrating websites from Wix (or other CMS platforms) to Webflow is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Frontend: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Java Script.

Strong understanding of Webflow's visual editor and custom code integration.

Backend: Experience with backend languages and technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP) for custom integrations with Webflow.

Webflow CMS: Strong understanding of Webflow's CMS features, dynamic content management, and designing custom interactions.

APIs & Integrations: Experience integrating third-party APIs (payment gateways, CRM tools, analytics, etc.) with Webflow.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers and marketing teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other website builders such as Wix, Word Press, or Squarespace.

Experience with SEO best practices and implementing SEO-friendly web designs.

Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
