Responsibilities:
• Recognizing and addressing customer requirements by offering informed product insights and facilitating the sale of products or services.
• Collaborating with suppliers to guarantee that product availability aligns with customer demand.
• Establishing and sustaining relationships with current clients while discovering new prospects through participation in networking events and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• With at least 3 years of relevant experience in retail account management and customer service.
• Preferably with exposure to handling fragrances, chemicals, and raw materials for the cosmetics or personal care industry
• With strong communication and negotiation skills
