The Offer Work from home The Job The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities for the company.

This role involves researching and identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the sales team to achieve growth targets.

The Business Development Associate plays a key role in expanding the company's customer base and ensuring its long-term success.  Your responsibilities will include: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.  Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth.  Generate and qualify leads through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.  Maintain a database of potential clients and leads.  Generate Leads, cold calling or sending emails to prospective clients  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points.  Regularly follow up with existing clients to identify new opportunities and address concerns.  Develop and implement sales strategies.  Provide support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.  Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network.  Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally.  Set and achieve specific business development targets and KPIs.  Report on progress and outcomes to the Business Development Manager/Director.  Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.  Prepare reports on business development activities and results.  The Profile Qualifications/ Requirements of the job  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  Minimum of 5 yrs work related experience in Sales  Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in using sales tools.  Knowledge of the industry and market trends.  Self-motivated and results oriented.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  The Employer Our client is a leading outsourcing company with a proven track record of helping businesses and organizations successfully attain their business objectives.
