The Processing Assistant is mainly responsible for the end-to-end documentation, processing,
and coordination of the requirements of the service the customer signed up for in IPASS. The tasks may
involve encoding, updating, and filing of records, maintenance of databases, monitoring, and
communication of the progress of the client’s sought service.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Graduate of 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and/or other equivalent
2. Background in customer service and/or back office (document processing, process coordination, etc.)
is a plus.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Customer service-oriented and keen to details.
5. Typing Speed of 40 words-per-minute with 95% accuracy.
6. Willing to undergo 15-day training.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Amenability to learn new things and keep self abreast with updates on laws, regulations, policies,
methods, procedures, etc.
9. Amenability to work on-site in Davao City.

1. Initiate exam application process of client's availed service.
2. Cater inquiries through phone calls, email, chat, in-person, and other social media platforms.
3. Encode details, revise and coordinate the application forms with the client.
4. Submit the application to the designated international office.
5. Update the client and database on the status of their application.
6. Monitor the progress and due dates of the client's application.
7. May process exam registration and exam scheduling.
8. May send exam results and post-exam instructions via email.
