The Role: Hub Planning Lead, (Supply Planning & Forecasting) What will you do? • Take the lead in managing Field Service Global Hub - ASH (ASEAN Spares Hub) & SG12) • Review and update ASH/SG12 Stocking Plan, Material Group, Leadtime, CLO • Take the lead on Master data Governance for both Hubs • Inventory Optimization - Monitor and review overall inventory - stocks on hand and In transit • Manage downstream and upstream planning to ensure on-time delivery to both internal and external customers • Manage backlog by reviewing and resolving projected stock out alerts in Baxter • Review Monthly Provision for both Hubs • Manage forecast by reviewing and resolving Forecast Alerts in Baxter • Manage orders by reviewing and resolving Unapproved order alerts in Baxter • Act as a point of contact for any escalation or expedition required from Hubs • Implement projects that are vital for the productivity of the Hubs • Participates and collaborates with other Global Hubs and Field Service Supply Chain directives and initiatives • Collaborates with warehouse operation on prioritizations and shipment schedules Who would be successful? • Strong background in Supply Planning & Forecasting • With a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field • Tertiary qualifications in a commercial or logistics (Business, engineering, or related field) • Experienced in using SAP (Kinaxis/Similar tools, DRP, MM module) &/or Kinaxis (sales forecast and DRP module), or other ERP statistical software packages • Strong analytical abilities /High level of data analytics skills - forecast modeling • Good communication and Team building skills • Digital skills (Create Tableau, database, Power Query, Advanced excel, Office) -advanced skills are preferable • Ability to lead cross-functionally with strong collaborative skills in getting consensus among teams in mitigating demand gaps • Mature, confident, and collaborative.
