1. Monitor all production operations to maintain good workflow in the company.
2. Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
3. Prepare Job Order in Production.
4. Check Production personnel’s work and output daily.
5. Leads training and orienting newly hired personnel in operation.
6. Enforce safety regulations and implement regular safety training for all employees
7. Handles problems regarding production.
8. Check production quality and quantity.
9. Checking summary reports of Goods and Scraps.
10. Monitoring and checking equipment used in the production operation daily.
11. Direct Report to Branch Supervisor daily.
12. Implements rules and regulation in Operation.
