Timely and efficient processing of request in relation to billing and collections of individual policies and corporate accounts.2. Answer complex inquiries from frontline in relation to billing and collections.3. Ensures processes are followed based on approved standards and guidelines4. Handle escalated issues s required or needed5. Collaborate with the management and other stakeholders in improving billing and collections6. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational needs7. Suggest process improvements initiatives to help drive operational efficiency and delight our customers8. Prepares weekly/month report as necessary9. Engage self to personal development activities such as training, workshop, etc10. Ensure accuracy of transactions related to Billing and Collections11. Accomplish adhoc tasks as needed12. Share insights and process improvement ideas to stakeholders13. Amenable to be cross-trained to other transactions to enhance skill set14. Answer and handle internal and external escalations within 24 hours
