Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive strategies tailored to each key account, aligning with both client objectives and company goals.
-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers and executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
-Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure cohesive service delivery to key accounts.
-Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account health, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
-Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
Required Skills:
-Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
-Minimum 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in key account management at a national level.
-Proven track record of building and growing relationships with major retail accounts.
-Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
-Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
-Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
-Willingness to travel as required.
