The Job As a Sales Representative, you will be reporting to the Head of Business Development in Philippines and will play a pivotal role in driving Naluri's growth and success in the region. You will be responsible for : Generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and pitching our services to effectively. Undertaking a consultative selling approach to understand specific pain points and crafting compelling communication or pitches to highlight our value proposition. Nurturing and building relationships with potential leads over time by understanding their business challenges Educating clients about our offering and how they can leverage this to drive business growth. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system. Working closely with cross-border teams across Business Development, Account Management and Marketing to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. Meeting or exceeding sales targets The Profile You have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a tech environment. You have hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar. You have prior experience in full-cycle sales, selling B2B solutions with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Any prior experience in the HealthTech industry or selling solutions to HRs is a strong plus You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently The Employer Our client is an evidence-based digital health solution that helps organizations predict, prevent, and manage the leading cardiometabolic and mental health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.
