The position exists in order to assist product manager to find a market fit, drive the success of a product with the objective of ensuring satisfactory user experience while remaining profitable withinpany policy 1.

Project Development Collaborate on testing procedures to ensure the timely delivery of error-free project scopes.

Execute quality assurance assessments for new features/games.

Demonstrate projects/products and testing protocols to ensure user understanding.

Inquiry Support Provide adept support for all external inquiries from product providers and internal queries from departments including CS, Marketing, Product Marketing, and risk management.

Investigate inquiries thoroughly, delivering optimal solutions and responses to users.

Product Support Identify and investigate incidents, furnishing findings and provide the solutions to Team lead.

Contribute to the design and development of the Product operation framework aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirement (Education & Languanges) Possess a university degree, preferably in Business, Information Technology,puter Science, or related fields.

Accumulate at least 1 years of experience in the Gaming industry.

Exhibit proficiency in Product management concepts, with a background in Marketing or Product-related gaming roles.

Showcase smooth oral and writtenmunication skills, including experience in drafting business requirement documents.

Display innovative thinking and the ability to drive innovation within the organization.
