Role Overview As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building high-performing teams, and cultivating relationships with enterprise clients. You will drive growth by identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading our go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced cybersecurity landscape. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets and KPIs. Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives. Pipeline Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing large, complex deals. Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market organizations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive market strategies and excellent customer experiences. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity threats to inform sales strategies. Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to senior leadership. Expansion: Identify new markets and opportunities for growth, including partnerships and channel sales opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.8+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in cybersecurity, Saa S, or enterprise software sales. Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, solutions, and buyer personas (CISO, CIO, IT leadership). Strong experience with complex, consultative sales processes and long sales cycles. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 70% of the time). Preferred Skills Existing relationships with key players in the cybersecurity industry. Experience scaling sales organizations in a hyper-growth company. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
