You'll leverage your solution selling skills and network to connect with potential customers and help them scale their operations with top Filipino talent remotely from the Philippines. Your role involves overseeing the Sg market and ensuring that all functions of the business work together seamlessly to deliver outstanding customer service.What you'll doAs the Director of Sales for Sg, your main goal is to attract fresh clients and bring in additional revenue from startups and medium-d businesses based in Sg. You will collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to plan and carry out effective sales campaigns. Your role also involves achieving sales targets through customer acquisition strategies.You will need to coordinate with various stakeholders to prospect, acquire, onboard, and grow new customers. To promote Penbrothers' HR services for remote work, you'll need to build a network of contacts in Sg-based private companies and business associations.Taking a consultative approach, you'll lead with solutions to create persuasive, professional, and value-based sales materials. You'll identify customer requirements and work with relevant stakeholders to customize our products and services to the market.Building and nurturing strong and long-lasting customer relationships is vital in your role. You'll report sales performance to the VP of Customer Acquisition and develop remedial actions if needed. Get ready to make a significant impact and help us grow our business in Singapore!What to bringBachelor's or Master's degree in business or any related fieldMinimum of 10 years' experience in B2B/Enterprise sales ideally to private companies (pre-IPO)Experience in direct or indirect selling (through alliance or partnerships) to Singapore-based clientsFamiliar with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot, and prospecting toolsExceptional in-person and online presenceExceptional verbal and written communication skill is a mustPassion, grit, and the desire to be part of a rapidly growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clientsSuperior organizational and time management skillsSales experience presenting to senior executives and VP levels is a must.
