The specialist will work closely with various departments, agencies, and vendor partners to ensure successful campaign execution and optimization.Job Details:Performance Marketing Specialist(Digital Media)Work from homeMonday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM*There would be occasions when you will be requested to drop by the office.Responsibilities:· Become the digital media "expert" for the company· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies· Collaborate with different company departments, agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners· Stay up to date on industry trends and evaluate new technologies· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels· Conduct marketing research on competitor performance and customer behavior· Manage the affinity categories of the company's audience· Strategize, create, and manage digital media campaigns· Track key metrics and create post-campaign reports· Develop and maintain multiple landing pages· Analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reports· Implement technical solutions for A/B testing, tracking, and lead generation· Handle new projects as needed· Perform other digital marketing-related tasks as requiredQualifications:· Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media buying and website management· Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure campaign performance· Excellent communication and collaboration skills· Proven ability to stay up to date with industry trends and technologies· Experience with A/B testing and lead generation· Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
