They distribute high-end designer brands like Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, and others globally. Their business is growing rapidly with different brands for trendy apparel and accessories, luxury fashion and pre-loved collections. To ensure success, they put data-driven customer knowledge first and use business-leveraging technology. About the RoleAs a Personal Assistant, you will be in a dual role of CEO support and marketing manager support, responsibilities encompass managing the CEO's calendar, appointments, and correspondence, conducting research, providing comprehensive assistance, collaborating on content creation, managing social media, conducting market research, coordinating campaigns, and analysing data for effective marketing strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesFor CEO Support:Manage CEO's busy calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Handle CEO's email correspondence, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities, and compile reports for the CEO's review. Assist in making travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare meeting agendas, collate relevant documents, and provide necessary information for productive discussions. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion. For Marketing Manager Support:Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials. Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyse performance metrics. Conduct market research to gather insights about target audiences, competitors, and industry trends. Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, setting up timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth collaboration among team members and external stakeholders. Analyse marketing data, generate reports, and provide insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Support event coordination, including logistics, invitations, and RSVP tracking. Position PrerequisitesExperienceProven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate experience in Excel is nice to have. Has a passion or background in the fashion industry. Willing to work on a flexible time and render additional working hours if needed. SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, project management software, and social media platforms. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
